Seniors - Now that your first semester grades are posted, don't forget to request your transcripts to be sent to your college of choice. You will want to order both your high school transcript, and transcripts for any college courses you have completed.
To request a MVPS transcript please fill out the MVPS Transcript Request Form. If you have questions regarding the form, please contact Mrs. Bayliff in the office at [email protected] or 316-462-8800.
To request a transcript of the WSUT classes taken, click HERE. You will be taken to the National Student Clearinghouse website, where you can order transcripts.

2024 KSDE AEOP SCHOLARSHIP Announcement!
Applications are now available for the Kansas State Department of Education Association of Educational Office Professionals (KSDE AEOP) Margaret Van Horn Scholarship. Each year the association offers a scholarship to a Kansas student. The scholarship program is open to current Kansas High School, College, and/or Technical School students. Applicant must intend to continue his/her education in an education or business-related program. Applicant must be enrolled in a minimum of nine semester hours (at least half-time). Enrollment must be in an accredited post-secondary educational facility within the state of Kansas.
The scholarship award of $400 is offered for the purchase of books, payment of fees or tuition, purchase of supplies, or other academic expenses.
Emphasis for selection of the recipient will be based on the scholarship application, initiative exhibited, character shown, and/or other factors supporting his/her candidacy.
The completed application, with original signature and official transcripts, must be postmarked by January 12, 2024.

President's Volunteer Service Award
MVPS Students Eligible to Earn the President's Volunteer Service Award
Does your student enjoy serving others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity! All MVPS Students have the opportunity to earn the Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2023-24.
Serving can take place at any organization, such as MVPS events (setup/take down), neighborhood clean up or church.*
Service hours may be logged from 4/1/2023 - 4/1/2024.

The Maize USD 266 Free and Reduced Meal Application is now available for the 2023-2024 school year. A new application is required each school year to receive meal benefits and/or waived school fees.
