Students may earn college credits during their junior or senior years only.
MVPS-HS administration will determine which courses are offered and awarded for credit.
Students will be required to take the ACCUPLACER exam (MVPS-HS will administer) during their sophomore year. These scores are needed for placement for College Algebra and English Comp 101 & 102. Students may also qualify for these courses with an ACT score. The following are the scores needed to be eligible to take these college classes.

Online WATC Jumpstart Enrollment forms are required to be filled out for each course each semester.
Online Dual Enrollment Assurance statement required for each course enrollment each semester.

College courses/credits are offered by semester on a schedule set by MVPS-HS administration.
You will earn college credits during your junior and senior year as part of your enrollment with MVPS-HS. The number of college credits awarded will be based on the number of years you have been enrolled with MVPS-HS. Parents may opt to purchase additional credits should their child not qualify for the maximum.
o If you were enrolled freshman through senior year, you can earn up to 24 college credits.
o If you were enrolled sophomore – senior year, you can earn up to 18 college credits.
o If you were enrolled junior – senior year, you can earn up to 12 college credits.
o If you were enrolled senior year only, you can earn up to 6 college credits.
